Grade 4 prosecutor with Rape Panel accreditation.
He deals with general crime as well as Trading Standards, Environment Agency and DSS cases.
Has dealt with Courts Martial, disciplinary hearings in medicine and the police force, Inquests and Mental Health Tribunals, HMRC and VAT cases.
In particular deals extensively with complex frauds and cases of rape and child sexual abuse - the latter often involving historic allegations.
Paul also has a keen interest in arbitration, licensing and road traffic PI litigation.
