John Constable has practiced at the Bar for over 20 years. For several years he combined practice with his position as Principal Lecturer at the University of Teesside, where he specialised in the Law of Contract, Private International Law and Law for Social Workers.
Mr Constable was active in the design and delivery of CPD activities for Lawyers and other professionals involved in legal processes.
John Constable has a competent command of French Language and when necessary has conducted conferences in French with clients who had limited knowledge of English.
Areas of Practice :
Common Law matters including contractual disputes,personal injury, negligence, credit hire, property disputes and Public Interest Immunity appllications.
Children – Public and Private Law.
Property ownership disputes under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act.
Mr Constable has undertaken work for a range of tribunals. In particular he has appeared regularly before Tribunals in Employment and Immigration and Asylum.
